Meet your coach

Hey, I’m Shahed! I am a Personal Trainer with a Women’s Coaching Specialist certification with the Girls Gone Strong Academy. I once thought “show up and sweat” was a complete fitness plan. Spoiler alert: it’s not.

I used to work in law and human-rights, bouncing between airports and caffeine fixes. Then PCOS—and later endometriosis—knocked on the door and wouldn’t leave. I still loved the gym, but I was winging it: random YouTube workouts, zero progress, lots of frustration.

So I hit reset. I studied women’s hormones, movement mechanics, nutrition and, honestly, how sleep can be a secret weapon. With a real plan (and better form), my cycle settled, my strength went up, and my brain fog cleared. That light-bulb moment pushed me to become the trainer I couldn’t find back then.

How I coach:

Move with respect. Exercise isn’t punishment; it’s a thank-you note to your body.

Look at the whole picture. Work stress, snacks, sleep, feelings—yep, it all counts.

Keep it simple. Fancy moves are cool; solid basics are cooler (and safer).

Myth I love busting:

“I want to get toned, not bulky.”

Toned = muscle + lower body-fat. Bulky = years of heavy lifting, strict eating, and serious genetics. In other words, you won’t wake up looking like a bodybuilder by accident — I promise.

If you’re on the fence about starting, here’s my pitch:

Movement is a privilege. We use it to raise energy, lower stress, and build a body that carries us through life, not the other way around. Whether you train with me once a week or dive into a full plan, I’m here to make the maze of fitness feel simple—and maybe even fun.
