How it works
Complete a short PAR-Q.
Pick your track (Home or Gym) and frequency (1 - 5 days/week).
Start 14 Nov and follow your plan inside the app with weekly support.
Important
This challenge involves physical activity. Completion of a PAR-Q is required. If you answer “Yes” to any question, you may need to sign a waiver and/or provide a GP clearance letter by 13 Nov 2025 and may be ineligible to participate.
Entry: £60 (one-off). Refunds available until 13 Nov 2025, 11:59pm.
After this time, fees are non-refundable unless medically ineligible per PAR-Q.
